Enormous Monster Cookies
I got this recipe from Julianne's teacher after they made the cookies in class. It makes lots of cookies.
1 c butter
1 c peanut butter
2 c granulated sugar
2 c brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
4 c flour
4 c oatmeal (puree)
1 package chocolate chips
1 lg package M&Ms
Mix butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt together. In a separate bowl mix baking soda, baking powder, flour, and oatmeal. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together. Add chocolate chips and M&Ms.
Bake at 375 for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
