Ghirardelli’s Hot Fudge Sauce

I know I'm supposed to being healthy, but seriously I can't resist hot fudge.


4 ounce(s) 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Bar
4 tablespoon(s) butter, cut into chunks
1 1/2 cup(s) sugar
1/2 cup(s) water
1/4 cup(s) light corn syrup
1 teaspoon(s) pure vanilla extract
