A Great Tip for Freezing Food

I found this and thought I'd share. Basically when you purchase ground meat you take it out of the store bought container and put it in a zip lock bag, press the meat flat to remove air (no more freezer burn!), and then take a ruler or chopstick and press into the meat to create indentions for easy break off and defrosting.
