Garlic Shrimp

1lb raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 16oz package of rice
1/3c butter
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4c fresh chopped parsley
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste

Prepare rice per package instructions.

In large skillet, heat butter over medium-low heat. Add shrimp & garlic, then saute turning frequently until shrimp is just about to turn pink, about 4 to 5 minutes.

Add the parsley, lemon juice, and salt. Stir well.

Serve over fresh, hot rice with steamed snow peas.
